(837 reviews) Wonderful people, very relaxing stay room was excellent. The pool area is great, pool is cold but once in it was refreshing! Doesn’t matter there is an ensen tub area and the indoor spa pool are all warm to hot! The spa pool was a bonus with various massage jets. Restaurant and breakfast across the street overlooks the River and you can order off the menu and have the buffet. Definitely recommend this resort!! (265 reviews) The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a very tranquil feel and is tucked into a quiet street, but it is still very close and walkable to everything you need. They have an afternoon tea time with snacks which is nice when you’re hanging by the pool. The pool was a nice temperature so I think they heat it slightly (I went in March) - I had heard other travellers say the pools at their hotel were too cold to swim in. The exercise room is minimal but they have dumbbells up to 10 kgs each and a basic weight machine and a few cardio machines. The included breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Overall if I ever went back to Chiang Mai I would definitely stay here again.
