Apartment Los Canarios 630 is a simple yet cozy studio-style apartment designed for two people. It offers beautiful views of the Arguineguin coast, the sea, and Patalavaca beach.  
  
This beachfront property provides a constant backdrop of soothing ocean sounds and scenic views. You'll wake up to stunning sunrises and enjoy picturesque sunsets in the evenings.  
  
The apartment was tastefully renovated in 2023 and includes a full bathroom with a shower, an open bedroom with two single beds, a seating area with a smart TV, and direct access to a lovely terrace with sea views.  
  
Los Canarios 630 has a small kitchen, making it ideal for couples looking for a beach getaway.  
  
It's located in a tranquil and well-maintained complex with easy parking near the apartment. A set of stairs leads to a communal pool, and another set of stairs provides direct access to Patalavaca beach (an 8-minute walk).  
  
There's a small terrace and outdoor dining area at the entrance.  
  
You'll find all the necessities within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets, bus/taxi stops, and a pharmacy.

No Pets Allowed   
A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.  
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
