This is a basic yet cozy and well-equipped apartment that has been tastefully refurbished in 2023 and features everything needed to feel comfortable in this privileged location. It counts on one full bathroom with shower and one open bedroom with two single beds and seating area with a smartTv and direct access to its wonderful terrace and seaviews. Los Canarios 629 features a small kitchen, perfect for couples on a beach getaway. It is situated in a very quiet and very well maintained complex; parking is very easy in the surroundings of your apartment, then within the compound, one set of stairs will lead you to its nice community pool and another set of stairs leads directly to Patalavaca beach (8 minutes down). There is a small terrace and outdoor dining area at the entrance of it. You will find everything you need just around the corner: Restaurants, supermarkets, bus/taxi stops and pharmacy are just a few minutes away on foot. Water activities and some of the most famous beaches of the island like Anfi del Mar or Arguineguin are also easily reachable taking a nice long walk alongside the beach.
