The staff were friendly, and special thanks go to Ms. Saga from Sweden, the front desk manager, who resolved all inconveniences and misunderstandings with the staff. We highly recommend the hotel due to its excellent food and proximity to the city center. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. Everything went wonderfully, just as we had expected."

"Really friendly staff in all areas, very clean, food was excellent (one vegetarian and one with a nut allergy) with pretty good allergen labels - we certainly never went hungry! Pools were a lovely temperature and very clean, room had everything we needed and a lovely view towards the beach. Location was perfect, not busy but everything we needed was close by. We never return to the same place twice but we may need to make an exception here...!"
