About this property

Luxury on the beach with a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets!

  • This is a BEAUTIFUL apartment right on the beach, with spectacular ocean views from the 9th floor. The bedroom has the option to be totally enclosed with a sliding glass wall for privacy. It is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 (or 3) children. If you like the beach, warm weather, sun and short walks to local markets and restaurants with peace and quiet, this is for you. You will hear the sound of the waves just below you for a very unique experience. It has direct access to the beach, with a private elevator and a private secure entrance. It is also perfect for joggers, as it is along the path from ANFI del MAR to the village of Arguineguin. If you are a cyclist, this is a paradise for training year-round, all over the island; with climbs or recovery rides, straight from the building entrance. Also, hiking trails start just across the street. Markets and restaurants are all within close proximity.
