"Outstanding facility with amazing pools for everyone, kids, families and adults. Staff super helpful and kind, proximity to Morgan and all it's beauty. Special Kudos to the hotel staff and waiters for helping us when my daughter fell sick unfortunately. need to go back to make the most of it."

"I wouldn’t actually return to Puerto Rico due to the hills but the Servatur Montebello itself was just what I was looking for. The guys in reception were so friendly & helpful, the apartment was clean and the pool was beautiful. My only two issues were the tiny weeny bugs that were prevalent in the kitchen area (quite a lot, even though I kept killing them) & a lack of kitchen equipment (general crockery but no extras for food prep or storage). Other than than (& the walk back up after going out), I had a wonderful time."

"Pool and garden areas are great and alway kept clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Rooms good. Breakfast is comprehensive and starts at 7 which is good if you’re going out for the day. Only negatives are - tvs are not smart no Netflix or Amazon YouTube etc… some machinery noise humming in room maybe affect you if a light sleeper. "

"Horrible location like benidorm. Great views. Dont be conned by superior rooms at twice the price they are all basic just expensive ones higher up hill. Would never stay again, terrible location, noisy hotels opposite. Package holiday hell. "

"Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."
