The 350 m² villa spans 3 floors, with parts dating from the 14th and 16th centuries. It sleeps up to 7 in 4 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms. Equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a second fireplace in the tavern room. Wi-Fi, workspace, TV in every bedroom, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, children's toys, cot and fitness equipment.



Outside: private 800 m² garden with slate table, wood-fired oven and stove, open terrace, 2 covered terraces and balconies overlooking the hills.



Access via a private road suitable for any car. 4 shared parking spaces, EV charging point and motorcycle and bicycle storage. Pets welcome for an extra fee. No smoking. Tennis court a 15-minute walk away.
