Please note in the cooler months this is heated with radiant hot water and the heat does make noise in the pipes. There is a bbq grill in the common area near the outdoor dining. The proximity to town, a path to walk the dog and private courtyard were the highlights! We spent the morning hiking and biking and the afternoon relaxing in the yard. The dog had to stay on a leash and yet was content. The house is small, doesn’t have counter any space and the only sink is in the bathroom.
