Moab is a premiere playground for all ages. So Many Things to do and so much great outdoors!

This high end townhouse is a great base for vacations in Moab. World-class mountain biking/slickrock, 4 wheeling, hiking, rafting, Arches and Canyonlands national parks are all just a few minutes away. There are so many choices of outdoor recreation nearby (hiking, biking, rafting, 4 wheel driving, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and most anything else) that your only problem will be picking which to do! The townhouse can also serve as a gateway for trips to Lake Powell, Bryce, and Zion. This is truly an outdoor paradise just waiting to be explored.

Super Private and Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements

The townhouse is brand new, spacious and comfortable - and it's conveniently located right off highway 191 just south of Moab city limits. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private and convenient en-suite bathroom. Our guests tell us they are amazed by how big they are. There also overflow sleeping room on the loft with a day bed (twin mattress with another twin that can be pulled out from under) and a futon.

Kitchen and Common Areas for Cooking, Dining and Relaxing

There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen where you can cook or just sit at the island and share drinks and snacks with your group. The living room and dining room are configured to comfortably fit eight people.

Stay Connected to the Moab Outdoors

There are views of the La Sal mountains to the south, jagged book-cliffs to the west as well as other great views from the unit. There is also a huge patio out back with dining furniture and a large gas grill - great for an evening of grilling, refreshments and telling stories of your day's adventures.

The house has its own 2 car garage, big screen TV with DishTV, Netflix, sound bar for music/TV, internet, laundry, and large private patio with natural gas grill set up for outdoor cooking and dining. Guest also have free access to the local water park.

Guest access is simple with access codes for the entry way and garage doors. As soon as you arrive, you can punch in the code and start enjoying your stay hassle free.

We are always available with email, texts or phone calls.

Getting around - Cars, bicycles, Uber, and buses make it easy to get around Moab. You are a very short ride from Arches National Park.

Miscellaneous - Main floor is fully accessible with no steps required to enter the unit, get around, shower, etc. Great for older members of your group or anyone who benefits from unlimited access to kitchen, bathroom, shower, living room and patio.

We met up with family to explore Moab during spring break and had a great time in this location. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and had thoughtful additions (boxes of soaps, games, easy streaming). The host made check in and out very easy. We enjoyed our time here!

Very comfortable, clean, new 3-bedroom townhome that had all of the accommodations of home including a washer/dryer, outdoor grill, garage, granite counter tops, etc...we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Moab.

Beautiful new house, great decor. The location is perfect for visiting Arches and Canyonlands, and the house is warm and welcoming. Super comfortable beds, all the amenities needed. Would absolutely rent it again.

The layout of this house was perfect for two couples and the kids. Plenty of space for everyone and a decent kitchen to save money on meals. We were able to snag trailer parking for our rigs and really enjoyed our stay for the week. Property manager had excellent communication as well!

This efficient townhouse provides an excellent base for exploring Canyonlands and Arches National Park. Located immediately south of Moab proper, the unit has all the furnishings needed to rest at night after exploring all day. An additional plus is the large, connected garage. We would rent again.

This townhouse was perfect for our needs. The 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom gave us plenty of privacy but there was a nice living area and patio for visiting. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we mostly ate at the wonderful restaurants in town. Mostly, the location was perfect. Close to town and the National Parks. The owner was very responsive to questions and gave many suggestions for things to see in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed for 3 days while visiting Moab. For us, it was perfect. All the comforts of home, easy instructions, hosts that communicated everything. The kids loved the set up of the bedrooms, having their own bathrooms was a first! Thank you to our hosts for a great experience!

check in was easy. location was easy to get to the park entrances and downtown. we enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom. the home could use an additional TV in the bedrooms but it's not a deal breaker. no brainer to rent and the owners were very accommodating and quick to respond.

Nice place that is well taken care of, nothing fancy but beds are comfortable and the extra sleeping area is nice. Room to park 4 vehicles but if you have a trailer then parking can be a challenge as the development only has two spots to park trailers and no nearby overflow.

This house had everything we needed including a crockpot. The only thing is the remote didn’t work so if you were to watch TV then download the remote onto your phone.
