The pool is scheduled to open March 27th. If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below. Beds: King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom 2, queen bed in bedroom 3 and just a sofa (not a sleeper sofa) in the loft. Why Book with Us? \- We are local in Moab. We live here and know the area well!- No hidden fees! We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. Brand new, beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. This corner unit is located in Rim Village Vista and it has great views of the LaSal Mountains and the Moab Rim. The townhome has a master bedroom on the ground level along with the living/dining area plus an additional 1/2 bathroom and a 2 car garage. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a loft with a large TV, and a full bathroom. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Unit does not come with ATV. Photos are to show that ATVs can fit into the two car garage. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. It had awesome views of the mountains surrounding it in all directions! The townhouse was very clean and well cared for with nice, high quality furniture. It was in a great location, close to downtown Moab but away from all the crowds. We loved having a garage to park our motorcycle in. We stay in 2-3 VRBO's annually. This townhome ranks A++. It was super clean and spacious. It's better than the photos!! It's at the entrance of the neighborhood on the end - easy in and out with a great view. The pool is across the street, but far enough where you don't get a lot of noise. There are 2 separate pool areas in the complex. The one near this townhome has 2 pools, a hot tub and a pickleball court (bring your own paddles/ball). The home was stocked with everything we needed (washer/dryer, appliances, pots/pans/baking sheets/dishes/seasonings. Plenty of extra towels, washcloths and extra bedding/blankets). The furniture was comfortable. There is an upstairs TV area, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is living room, kitchen, dining, utility room, 1/2 bath, master and full bathroom. Plus a spacious patio with table, chairs and a gas grill. The complex is on the south side of town - away from the noise of traffic and people. We loved staying here and would highly recommend! While in the Moab area, we scheduled a timed entry at Arches Park, a 1/2 day white water rafting trip, 1/2 day at CanyonLands and also visited the Museum of Film and Wester Heritage located on the river in Red Cliffs Lodge. (many western movies were filmed in this area). The town also has a very nice grocery store that has everything you'll need (including vegan, gluten free choices). Also, short drive-up Utah 128 to Castle Valley. Weather was fantastic. Rental was great with a couple of exceptions: The air handler for the AC was like a jet plane. With it running the TV was almost impossible to hear. If the Washer was going at the same time, just give up watching TV and enjoy the patio. Could use some towel rods in the master bathroom to dry towels after use. Would also be nice if the coffee maker had a timer on it so coffee could be ready in the AM.
