It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. The townhome was recently constructed and features a bright, open interior, comfortable furniture and thoughtful decor. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals and there's a gas grill on the patio for nights when you'd like to grill. There's plenty of dining room inside or out on the patio. Both bedrooms (located upstairs) feature comfortable mattresses and fresh, soft linens. Each room has it's own attached bath (that's right, two master suites!) so it's ideal for two couples or a family! Downstairs the living room also has a sofa sleeper for extra guests and there's also another 1/2 bath. The property was located just off the main highway that runs through Moab. Unfortunately, it was a little too close. It was a noisy all night. Also, the pull out bed was one of the wire metal frame beds. The two teens on it were not comfortable and were put off by all the crumbs on the bed when we opened it up. They ultimately decided to just sleep on the couches rather than on the bed. Otherwise, the property was clean and the check in/out process was super easy. ##### Adam W. We were able to make it coincide with my parent's 60th anniversary year.Our rental was very clean, comfortable and affordable. It is a 2 story condo but we managed it well. I noticed many of the condo rentals in moab are 2 story. We had great views of the La Sal mountains. It was nice that my husband and I and my parents had our own master suites. So bathroom privacy was appreciated. We used the well stocked kitchen almost every morning to cook breakfast before setting out on our excursions. We did have a slight glitch with the forgotten set of amenities for the bathrooms and kitchen but it was quickly resolved.The management company and staff was helpful and responded in a timely manner every time I called with a question.It was so nice to come back to a space we could spread out and relax after our outings. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We throughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable surroundings and all the amenities of home. Cloee to downtown and all the nearby attractions. We were in town to go off roading on the trails. The house location was great. The house was clean and a great floor plan. The beds were amazing.
