Located just blocks from downtown and minutes from Arches National Park and the Colorado River, this retreat is the perfect basecamp for outdoor adventure. The home features three comfortable bedrooms downstairs plus an upstairs loft suite with its own living area, cable TV, and kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, and small fridge—perfect for families traveling together or large groups who want extra space and flexibility. After a day of hiking, biking, or exploring, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or relax in the modern living space. –Where You’ll Sleep– • Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (Downstairs) • Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Downstairs) with attached bath • Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (Downstairs) • Bedroom 4 (Upstairs Loft Suite): King Bed + Queen Sofa Bed, private living area, kitchenette and attached bathroom • Additional Sleeping Space: 2 Twin Beds (trundle style) –Amenities You’ll Love– • Private hot tub • Outdoor fire pit • BBQ Grill • Plenty of Parking: There are 4 dedicated parking spots and also a nearby EV charging station • Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances • Loft kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven & small fridge • Modern living room with leather sofa • WiFi & Smart TV • Washer & dryer –Location– • A few blocks from downtown Moab shops, restaurants & galleries • 5 miles to Arches National Park • 2 miles to the Colorado River • Easy access to hiking, biking & ATV, Jeep adventures –Good to Know– • 1 Pet is allowed for $40/day (Max $250). Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog! • Parking: There are 4 dedicated parking spots and also an EV charging station • This rental has two floors and stairs must be used to access upstairs bedroom and other outdoor features. • All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (guest expense) PET RULES: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only 1 dog is allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :) Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
