Impeccably decorated in a southwestern luxe style, every detail right down to the throw pillows on the couch have been hand selected to create a welcoming ambiance that will last throughout your stay here. A print hangs from the wall echoing names of different bike paths in the area, a nod to Moab’s rich cycling community - more on that later. A well-appointed kitchen leaves no detail overlooked, ensuring you can stay in and cook just as comfortably and conveniently as you might eat dinner at one of Moab’s dining options mere steps from your front door. There was an odor in the bathroom, we never could get the TV in the living area to work despite the directions and your throw pillows (which you point out in your description) are really worn and need to be replaced. Our main draw to this place was the outside amenities. The fire pit & hot tub were nice but the overall cleanliness was dirty and messy (not like the pictures showed) especially the chair cushions and grill. The grill was quite filthy and we had to clean it before we would even consider using it. Using a leaf blower a couple of times a week would make a big difference. ##### Edward D. The flat was newer construction, very clean, the beds were comfy; absolutely perfect for our family of 3\. Having a hot tub to soak in after a long day of hikes was a huge bonus.
