Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sunshade. We have a new 8-person spa purchased in 2019 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. In the evening you can sit around the fire pit with plenty of room for everyone. PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Ken's Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. Soft straps are provided to strap onto your car and take to the lake or river. PRIVATE HEATED POOL: The property has large private heated pool that is operated year-round. We keep it at 82 degrees in the summer and 98 degrees in the winter. HOT TUB ON PATIO: This hot tub is private and is open YEAR-ROUND. It was purchased in 2022 and is always kept in pristine condition. GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.
