House is new, nice and clean. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out. One block walk to coffee stand as well for all the coffee lovers in your group. We had a great stay. Safety shout out: the dining room table chairs are very wobbly and need to be tightened. Would definitely stay again. ##### Penny M.
