My husband and I enjoyed out stay at this well stocked tiny house. For a small house, it felt very roomy! The bed was super comfy, there was a nice table for us to eat at, and the couch & chair comfortable for watching TV, if needed. It was very close to downtown, just a few blocks off the main drag. The house is cozy and has everything you need for a great stay. The location is great, just a little ways south of the main drag through Moab, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. The owners were great too in terms of communication--they gave me a heads up beforehand that I would need timed entry tickets to visit Arches NP, and they generously left cookies upon arrival along with their contact information if we had any problems. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood on the East end of Moab. You do have yo drive into town, but parking in May was no issue at all. It was great to come back to be able to relax on the porch or enjoy the air conditioning. We did not need to use anything, but the kitchen is fully stocked including some oils and spices for cooking. The downstairs is plenty spacious with a room with both a king sized bed and the living room couch has a hide away bed as well. Upstairs is a little tricky to get around, but it has all you need for sleeping and relaxing including a large bed, futon, and television. My main reason for booking was to be off the main road/in a quiet area. It was fairly quiet, the location it’s in is more industrial with a mix of trailer homes and RVs. The unit itself has quite a bit of wear and tear, it looks better in the photos. The bathroom was dirty, and when going to use the teapot, I discovered it had a layer of slime in it. We only had 2 people in our party, and there was not enough hot water for 2 showers.
