    The Space:

    Set against the beautiful backdrop of Moab’s red rock desert, these two and three-bedroom condominiums provide the perfect luxury escape from life’s daily pressures. Whether curling up by the fireplace in winter or taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pool during the warmer months, Rim Village is ensconced in the panoramic splendor of Red Rock Canyon Country.

    No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.



    Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.



    Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.



    Guest Access:

    All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.



    The Neighborhood:

    Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



    Getting Around:

    You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



    Other Things to Note:

    Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.



    Interaction with Guests:

    You can call us anytime with questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

Some positives and negatives

The beds were comfortable, the garage was a nice feature, and the check in process was very easy.Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not available during our particular stay because they were closed for renovation, a fact that was not included in the listing when we booked. We chose the location due, in part, to the noted amenities of heated pool and hot tub. Trying to resolve the issue with the management company was not easy, although eventually we came to a mutually agreed upon resolution.

South Moab Condo

This condo served our purposes perfectly. We stayed during Spring Break, so weather was touch and go. Loved the 2-car garage for our bikes and gear while it rained. The condo was clean and comfortable and well-equipped, though starting to show a little age. Property management responded to all my questions promptly. Quiet neighborhood out of the hustle of downtown, but close enough that it was convenient. Loved our stay and would definitely rent here again!

Overall Condition: Dated propertyBeds are medium firm, pillows were all flat, sectional has had a lot of use, section across from the TV is broke down, wifi was up and down repeatedly affecting our evening streaming, dishwasher door doesn't stay open so it hits you in the shins at least once, bottom tray of the dishwasher missing wheels on one corner. Thermostat seemed inconsistent, we turned it to fan running constantly to keep the rooms temps consistent. Issues:Bathroom shower didn't want to transition to the shower and the toilet ran. However, I messaged the property management and maintenance was there within and hour and the issue resolved. Pros:Kitchen pretty well stocked for dishes, utensils and cooking items. Quiet neighborhood, very little truck noise from highway. Overall we'd shop a little harder for a unit that was Managed by an owner and gave the appearance of "trying" instead of basic amenities just so you can say you have them (wifi).

False advertising

We chose this stay in March to be able to use the hottub. We were not informed ahead of time that the hottub was under construction. We could have stayed elsewhere for cheaper if we weren’t looking for a hottub. Additionally, the place is outdated. I wouldn’t recommend this leasing management company due to poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this property because they won’t accurately list the amenities available.

Spacious rental!

We stayed at this property after being off the grid outside Moab for several days. It is quite spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The property management contact was quick to respond when I had questions about checking in early. Overall we liked the property but for the price there were some things that could be improved or communicated better. A few details: - This unit is towards the eastern side of the complex and behind other units - look for the letter/number rather than a street address. - The email you receive upon reserving has a "door code" but doesn't tell you which door. I thought it was the garage door code (also has a number pad) but it was a number pad on the post across from the front door - not obvious. - There are shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided but no laundry detergent. - The kitchen is large but is not equipped for lots of cooking. There isn't any wrap/foil/bags, a large frying pan, or plastic tupperware-like containers. - The TV in the master bedroom was slightly upgraded vs. the one in the common area. The one in the common area was equipped with an HDMI cable for gaming system connections.

Good stay

The property was as expected except the master shower didn't drain. I didn't want people in the house while we were not around so I opened the drain and pulled out gobs and gobs of hair. It clearly had not been cleaned in ages. There is no way a cleaning service would overlook this. It was nice to have a garage and there was plenty of space in the master and master closet. I did use the washer and dryer and they worked well. They house cleaners only left 3(!) large garbage bags under the sink in the kitchen for a 6 day stay. We almost ran out of toilet paper too. There were only 2 extra toilet paper rolls in each bathroom for a 6 day stay for 6 people. That seems very cheap for how much we paid to stay.

Super great location for visit to Moab and the surrounding National Parks. The proper was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Unfortunately our unit wasn’t ready at the check in time but the property manager quickly resolved the issue and we just took a detour to grab groceries.

Great moab condo

Overall everything was great. Unit clean and ready upon arrival. Communication with the property mgmt team was very good through email. Pool/spa was clean. Only issue was no door on one of the bedrooms. We adapted and moved a door from a closet to have bedroom privacy; however, nothing to affect our weekend in moab. Would defintely stay in this complex and rent form this mgmt company again.

Property was great - property manager not so much

We loved the location of the property- away from the congestion of downtown Moab, but still close. The house itself was nice and had everything we needed. We would have rated it much higher, but the property manager didn’t respond to 2 requests. There was no way to open the garage door except by the button on the wall, despite there being a keypad. We asked the manager and they said they would send someone to program - never happened. In the second bathroom, the shower drain needed to be cleaned out, so we all ended up using the shower in the master, despite a request for the manager to clean out. We just gave up trying to contact the property manager when they wouldn’t return the calls to at least acknowledge them. Finally, it’s great that there’s a pool, but there weren’t any pool towels and we didn’t want to use the bath towels.

We came to Moab for a family birthday party, staying here was easy and comfortable. It's not right in town, which is fine with us since we needed a car to get into the parks anyway. I didn't plan in advance for much in the way of cooking and comfort, everything in that realm was covered. We will definitely stay here again.
