The townhome was perfectly clean, well stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. There were beautiful views from both spacious master suites. The layout was perfect and the keycode was super simple. The townhome is about 15 min from the entrance to Arches, 45 min to Canyonlands, and 5 min to Moab city center. We didn’t have time to use the pool because we had so many hikes to explore but it seemed lovely and there were spare beach towels in the laundry room closet. The grill was awesome! I booked this townhome last minute as I was in town for a race. The listing had a construction notice with reduced pricing for my dates, which was a bonus for me - we were not planning to be at the townhome much during the day, so construction noise was not a concern for my group. Upon arrival, you can see the construction, no surprise there I guess. Once inside, you can see that the owner took their time to dial in this brand new townhome. We were very impressed with the quality of the furnishings as well as the thoughtfulness in providing everything we needed to enjoy our time in Moab. The one item that was overlooked - pool towels, was resolved with a quick text to Jeff, the property manager.
