Townhouse was clean,beds comfortable, carpeting needs replaced for sure and we had birds in our fireplace but we didn’t need to use it so that wasn’t an issue. Coffee shop is delightful! Pool and ponds are lovely. Home is great for large groups. My only complaint and suggestion is that the pots and pans are all non-stick and scratched to high heaven They only have plastic cutting boards and a lot of plastic cooking utensils. So if you want to avoid those things, bring them yourself. ##### James C. Spacious, new furniture, well-stocked! We really enjoyed all the space to spread out, and having visited in the winter, the garage was such a luxury! This was our favorite place to stay the entire time we were in Utah (11days). It had plenty of space and was in a great location. The property has a nice pool and outdoor area as well.
