Once you enter through the garage, there is a master bedroom with private bathroom on your right. On your left you will find a large sectional so you and your friends/family can spread out, relax, and watch some tv or just enjoy the gas fireplace. After your day of hiking, biking, and enjoying the beauty of Moab come back home and mix up some coctails or prepare a meal in the open kitchen. Just outside of the living/dining area is the fabulous patio area, there you can enjoy your morning coffee or night cap. Upstairs you will find 2bd+loft area and a bathroom. Plenty of room for the kids to hang out. You will find a sofa (with pullout bed) and television in the loft area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twins. This area also has a fullsize bathroom to share. Plenty of space to park your cars or toys in the 2 car garage. Room in driveway for another car or 2\. Our townhome is very close to the pool and basketball courts.
