Property was just as described in the listing. It was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. It was a little bit of a hike to downtown Moab (15 mins) and to Arches (30 mins) and Canyonlands/Deadhorse Pt (60 mins), but overall centrally located if you wanted to enjoy both sides of Canyonlands. Quite a busy neighborhood, but it didn't takeaway from our stay in any way. Only recommendations: update the TVs or get Roku/Fire Sticks) so they're all smart TVs, the cable is terrible (content, resolution, and 1/3 of the image is cut-off). It's a small price to pay for today's expectation of being able to access streaming content, especially from the Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Loft. ##### Devin R.
