The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below. BEDS: King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom 2, queen bed in bedroom 3 and two twin beds in loft. Sleeps 8 Why Book with Us? \- We are local in Moab. We live here and know the area well!- No hidden fees! We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. The views are amazing from this newer corner unit located in Rim Village Vista. The nicely furnished townhome has 3 bedrooms (king and 2 queen beds), and 2 twins in the loft (couch makes into 1 twin, roll out under the couch makes the 2nd twin) in the loft. There is a well equipped kitchen (including an espresso machine), linens and towels are provided, a washing machine and a dryer, televisions in the living area, master bedroom, and loft, plus a 2 car garage to park your car or to store your toys. There's a bicycle repair rack in the garage too! You will enjoy the comforts this townhome offers. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. The only negative was that we felt it needed an additional couch rather than the 2 chairs. With 6 of us, we couldn’t comfortably watch a movie together. Well laid out with good space. Well equipped. Needs some updating, a bit tattered around the edges. Highway noise would be an issue if use of the patio is planned. Mirrored master closet door mirror broken with sign Do Not Touch. The set up of the condo works well and has enough of the things needed if you choose to cook at home. The pool is close by and a great way to end a long day in the parks. There's actually a great view of the mountains from the living room.
