Unfortunately, as we were making up on of the rollaway beds, we found the sheets/ pillowcases to be soiled. We found the same on another bed and just ended up washing all the sheets. With a large family, we hoped to do some cooking during our stay. Unfortunately, the oven and stove top element trays were just too dirty. The location is great as you are out of the busy Moab center. The bathrooms have been updated and are very clean. The fridge was clean and has an icemaker. Maybe ask guests to strip the beds they use and do a deep clean of the oven and replace those electric element trays. Those were our only issues.
