Our modern 1500 sq. ft. twin townhome was built in 2015 in the center of Moab, just two blocks off Main Street. It's in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops. The twin home next door is owned by our friends and may also be available for rent. Vaulted ceilings make the living space light and bright with windows facing west and south.
Our granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils to make great meals. Relax in the open plan living room and catch your favorite series on the 50" flat screen smart TV with accessible HDMI ports.
The two downstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and 32" flat screen TV in each. The downstairs bathroom has a travertine walk-in shower and granite vanity. We provide soap, shampoo, and all linens.
On the second floor, enjoy a super comfortable king-sized bed in the master suite located on the second floor with 32" flat screen TV, hickory hardwood floors and a walk-in closet. The bright master bath has a wonderful travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.
Enjoy a book or catch up on some work in the loft which has a practical workstation and of course dual band wifi throughout the home.
Pack light and use our standard size washer/dryer with iron, ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.
Off the kitchen and living room is a private back patio. Use our propane BBQ and enjoy dinner outside admiring the beautiful cottonwood trees along the back fence.
The two-car, carport had a large lockable bike/gear storage shed. You'll find chairs nearby to put on your gear and dust off the desert from your adventures. There is a new bike shop just two doors down.
The twin unit next door is owned by our friends and may also be available. A tall wall and gate separate the two rear patios, but the gate can be opened if both renters wish.
We just bought this unit in March of 2018. Our account will not display the scores of reviews the previous owner received. However, the unit received five stars consistently the two years the original owner had it on Airbnb.

This property worked very well for our group of 6. It was convenient for the Moab Folk Festival and for restaurants in town. It is pretty well equiped and the furnishings were great.
Wonderful and well stocked condo with access to Moab
We love Moab and the access to so many things. This condo is perfect with space for our family, great hang out areas on patio & family room. We walked into town for dinner and shopping. Would definitely come back!
We loved being able to walk just a few blocks to downtown and the easy access to the main highway that goes to all the parks. The house has 3 well-outfitted bedrooms that make it easy for multiple adults to share the house. Our favorite spot was the patio out back where we gathered for breakfast and downtime before and after we hit the trails.
Came to Moab for wedding and family vacation.
House was comfortable, clean, and within walking distance to town, restaurants, and shops. Food truck park 1 block away and Double Down bike shop just next door where we rented e-bikes. House with back patio and grill. Would stay here again!
This property is walking distance to two of the best restaurants in Moab and conveniently located near the Main Street and close to both Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy private parking steps from the front door. Unit was well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved this property and its location. We spent our days in Arches and Canyonland then walked to some great restaurants in Moab in the evenings. The place was clean and accommodated our family of 4 adults very nicely.

Very clean and centrally located spot. Can walk everywhere. Been coming here annually since 1990. It's grown a lot and is a lot more expensive. A bit sad, but the rides/hikes are epic. Worth the bucks.
We arrived at the property after being delayed by one day in an unexpected snow storm. Although we were only at the house for one day, I would definitely stay here again. The house is just blocks from downtown and all of the restaurants and activities - an easy stroll. The house itself was clean and well stocked. It is the perfect base from which to explore Arches, Canyonland and Dead Horse parks.

Good location
This is a nice property within walking distance to all that downtown Moab has to offer. Check in process was easy. For the amount we paid, I was especially disappointed with the cleanliness. It was a nice weekend and the outdoor seating area had not been cleaned. The master tub and master bed sheets were not clean. Most of the dishes we used had to be washed first. And the toaster does not work. I stay in a lot of vacation rentals and don't mind paying a higher cost if they are worth it. I would not stay here again. Sorry - just being honest :(
Jack was great, very accommodating! Responded quickly and went above and beyond to help retrieve something we left there after we checked-out. Townhouse is in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything we needed. Wonderful kitchen and patio where we enjoyed breakfast and lunch. Loved having washer and dryer for hiking and cycling clothes.
The unit was gorgeous and just as advertised, I just wish we had more time to spend here. We were only in a few days but it was a great place to unwind and relax after touring the local national parks. Hope to come again soon!
If you’re staying in Moab to have an adventure, this home puts you in an incredibly convenient spot to get in and out of Moab easily. We would stay here again!
The check in process is really easy. The location is awesome. I travelled with a toddler and a new born infant and i felt extremely safe staying there and also it only took me less than 10 mins to walk to downtown Moab which its awesome to not worry about parking when dining in Moab.Jack's communication is quick and clear. We had a wifi issue but we got to resolve the issue by simply texting back and forth. Definitely will recommend this place!
