"TV & Door lock did not work, however the maintenance team quickly attended and replaced/repaired. Housekeeping supervisor Sonja was tremendously helpful and coordinated prompt assistance. Beautiful room presentation including cake, bottle of wine, towel arrangement with flowers on the bed for partner's surprise Birthday celebration/stay. Excellent breakfast selection."

"The property is located little bit outside the town but the nearby area here is also very nice. This property offers room at very nice location and with a spectacular view. "The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. However, they seem to be having trouble communicating with the reservation system. We booked three rooms with breakfast included, and upon arrival, it turned out that only one room had breakfast included. So, I had to send them confirmations for all the rooms. The receptionist confirmed that everything was in order, but the next day at breakfast, it turned out they wouldn't let our group in because the breakfast staff didn't recognize our pre-paid breakfast in the system. This meant I had to explain the situation again. When I'm going on vacation, I shouldn't be interested in handling reservation-related matters for a hotel employee. That's their job, not mine. and the hotel bar also lacks a bit of honesty, the Happy Hours promotion sometimes turns out to be 100% paid and the beer that is supposed to be 500 ml on the menu suddenly turns out to be 300 ml"

"Room small but clean, bed comfortable, shower hot, room service everyday. Facilities very good(although outdoor pool very cold, it was February and a few pieces of equipment in the gym didn't work). Drinks reasonable(2 for 1 cocktails between 1800 - 2030). Didn't eat food in hotel, so can't give recommendations(although it did look a little pricey). No entertainment. Would definitely go back for 2/3/4 nights stay but not any longer as not a lot to do in the surrounding area which is set on a hill.The hotel is built over 2 buildings, but once you get used to the lifts, its fair easy to get around. Staff very friendly and helpful."
