Customer Service at The Shigira was exceptional. We could not have been happier with the level of care and attention that Miyu provided. She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had.

バトラーさん（お世話になったのは大森さん）の気遣いといい、食事の質・量・味といい、申し分ないです。特にバトラーさんは若いのに、十分な力量で感心しました。部屋の設備で一点だけ惜しいなと思ったのは、ブラインドが多いにも関わらず、電動でなかった点ですが、それを言うのは欲張りかもしれません。この一点だけ改めたら文句のつけようがありません。また是非行きたいと思います。
