"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

At minimum better beds than two separate ones for parents + sofa bed for the kids. The parent’s bed had some weird hospital like rubber cover under the linen, making a very uncomfortable sleep.
