Wat een vriendelijk personeel

Dit was voor mij een super hotel! De klantvriendelijkheid stond helemaal boven aan. Waar ik ook kwam receptie, restaurant of kamer personeel ze waren allemaal vriendelijk en hulp bereid. Groot compliment!

Schöner Aufenthalt mitten in Eisenach

Top Lage, Zimmer ok, gutes Bett. Einrichtung ( TV, Bad etc.) etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem aber sehr Wohlgefühlt

Ich war beruflich für einen Tag in Eisenach und war gänzlich zufrieden in dem Göbel's Sophien Hotel. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da ich diesmal keines genommen habe.

Can Accmmodate Groups from 1 to 50+

I found Eisenach out of a guide book, and this hotel from Hotels.com. It is close enough to everything, but far enough off the main square to be quiet. It's mostly residential, so I'd suggest breakfast AT the hotel (which is great) - there are no quaint coffee/ breakfast places within a couple blocks. The property has many rooms, including meeting rooms (if you need any), and is accustomed to accommodating groups. I was very pleased w the stay, and with my visit to Eisenach.

Great hotel, fantastic breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel in a lovely area. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is near the centre of town and the historic Wartburg Castle is about 45 minutes away by foot. To the south of the time are good walks in the forested hills and in gorges - the Dragon’s gorge is particularly impressive.

Gutes, typisches Göbel-Hotel

Nettes Hotel knapp ausserhalb des direkten Stadtzentrums, hoteleigener (kostenpflichtiger) Parkplatz, Lift vorhanden, Zimmer gross genug. Badezimmer allmählich in die Jahre gekommen, Duschwanne-Einstieg sehr hoch, Teile des Hotels sollen aber bald renoviert werden. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Service. Die örtlichen städtischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar, natürlich ist der Fussweg zur Wartburg etwas länger und anstrengender, auch zum etwas ausserhalb gelegenen Burschenschaftsdenkmal. Beides aber auch mit PKW oder Bus erreichbar.

Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage Durch seine sehr zentrale Lage erfährt das Göbel´s Sophien Hotel eine Aufwertung. Das Personal war während unserer Aufenthaltes freundlich und engagiert. Die Zimmer und auch das Hotel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, daher müsste es hier und da renoviert werden. Etwas schade, dass die Reinigungskräfte bei ihrer morgendlichen Arbeit es nicht für nötig hielten, mal über den Handtuchwärmer zu gehen, hier saß zentimeterdick Staub. :-( Man will hoffen, dass nicht überall so geschludert wird... Das Hotelrestaurant ist okay, auch, wenn man sich für Göbel´s deutlich mehr erwartet... Der Service hier ist engagiert und scheint seinen Job gerne zu machen.

Sehr zufrieden, gerne wieder

Nettes Hotel in wirklich zentraler Lage. Die Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt und der öffentliche Bus zur Wartburg sind mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Am Hotel sind Parkplätze und eineTiefgarage vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der nette und hilfsbereite Empfang und das wirklich herausragende Frühstück, das man so reichhaltig und vielfältig selten erlebt.

A room with a view

The hotel is 400 meters from the main place. It faces an unfinished or ruined church, a nice view from my room. I have no bad things to say, everything was perfect.

徒歩で駅から10分、ヴァルトブルク城まで30～40分程度の距離です。 部屋は広くて清潔で快適でした。 アイゼナハでは安宿が見つからなかったので、そこそこの値段のこちらにしましたが、値段分の価値はあります。 部屋の窓からヴァルトブルク城が見えたのもよかったです。 レストランは使用しなかったのでノーコメントです。 周辺の店は早めに締まりますのでご注意を。

Great location, subpar facilities and staff

Not a good impression when the first thing you find out is that there's no running water, and the staff omitted to inform you at check-in. In terms of service, the restaurant is excellent, whilst reception is pretty dismal and uncoordinated. The hotel facilities are fair, but nothing impressive.

Alles in Ordnung!

Parkplätze waren knapp, da der Parkplatz nicht zur Verfügung stand, auf der Straße parken ist an manchen Tagen verboten. Ansonsten alles gut. Teppichboden im Hotel finde ich nicht zeitgemäß und als Hausstauballergiker auch problematisch, ich wurde aber vor dem Aufenthalt darauf hingewiesen, dass alle Zimmer mit Teppichboden ausgestattet sin.

Good for Castle visit

Somewhat overpriced. Does have wifi, although it there was no service at some points We like having the hot water pot in the room (for tea and coffee). Great location for hiking up to Wartburg Schloss
