Equinox - Modern Highlands Charm in Mittagong

  • Equinox, tranquillity at its finest at this beautiful country abode. This is a private, spacious home where you can truly enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Southern Highlands. Make yourself at home in the spacious living areas, a glass of wine in front of the fireplace or take in the views in the sprawling outdoor areas. Located in Mittagong, a short drive from Bowral, this home lets you enjoy your privacy whilst still being close to shops, eateries and attractions.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    * Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.




    * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.



    HOUSE RULES

    * Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

    * No smoking allowed

    * Strictly No parties or events allowed.

    * Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

    * All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

    * Max 6 overnight guests, 3 day visitors, 9 people total at any time.

    * Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

    * Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

    * Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

    * Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

    * Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

    * Pets allowed with prior approval; $110 fee per stay; keep pets off furniture.

House appears to be very newly renovated… it’s beautifully done. It is dog friendly … and it is warm and very clean.Backyard… needed a little more work, but being so wet of late hard to keep up with it. Thank you so very much.
