With beautiful views on every level and modern finishes throughout, this residence is situated on a serene riverfront street in the heart of Missoula. On the third floor, the primary suite beckons with a king-sized bed, 50” Roku TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering scenic views of Bess Reed Park and the Clark Fork River. A spacious walk-in closet leads to the en suite bath, complete with double sinks and a walk-in glass and tile shower. Adjacent to the primary bedroom, a dedicated desk and chair provide a convenient workspace. Also on the third floor is the second bedroom, featuring a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top. Adjacent to the bedroom comes a full bathroom, as well as a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience. The main floor invites you to relax in comfortable lounge seating with sweeping views of Bess Reed Park, the Clark Fork River, and Mount Sentinel. A large 55-inch Roku TV and an electric wall-mounted fireplace provide entertainment and ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a hooded gas stove, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an expansive island. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a BBQ is available on the balcony. This was by far my favorite rental I’ve ever been in. It was not only gorgeous and centrally located, but the property managers were so attentive and helpful. It’s three bedrooms with three FULL baths, which is so hard to find. And it’s located in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
