"The Orchard Cabin" 3 Bedoom Sleeps 6-12

  • Classic 1960's log home, completely remodeled with modern amenities. Just South of Missoula 1 1/2 miles. Close to shopping and recreation. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 , 3 new queen beds 2 twin beds ,2 fold out queen sofas in the living room, 2 fullbaths. This home is set just off the highway with private parking and a very large yard that is gorgeous year round, and surrounded by fruit trees and pines and often has deer walking through. We have also just completed a new fence with gates to have an enclosed yard

We didn't realize how close to the road this was; the traffic was heavy and could be heard outside. Once you went inside, you could NOT hear the traffic at all. This is a beautiful residence, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Missoula for any event. All rooms and bedding were clean, and there were plenty of towels. Our dogs loved the yard. Thank you for allowing our fur babies. The TV was a bit of a head-scratcher. Not sure why, but the voice was set to Spanish. Took us a minute to find and fix the issue. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return.

Neat property

We enjoyed our stay at the Orchard Cabin. The home was nicely decorated and had lots of comfy seating and a beautiful backyard. The beds were very comfortable. Our only negative of the trip was the highway noise, but they were doing repaving overnight, so no fault of the owners, just bad timing..

Very nice. Beds were perfect. Lots of seating area. Kitchen well equipped. The water heater went out while there and Phil was quick to find a replacement. Very nice host. Thank you!!

Quaint Property Accessible to Missoula

The house is on a beautiful property just outside Missoula, It was nice to be a little removed from the city but still only 15 min from everything. It worked well for our 9 adults and one teenager. It is adjacent to the highway, that can be heard from the living room, but the bedrooms were quiet. Nice outdoor space with a grill and fire pit.

Orchard Stay in Missoula

House was very nice and clean. There are plenty of beds for guests and large backyard with lots of trees blocking highway. The only drawback was getting off of the highway at high speeds, but that is no fault of owners. I wish there would have been a sign once we turned off of highway directing us to the house. It was hard to find in the dark. Enjoyed our time there, peaceful and quiet despite the highway traffic. We would stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location. Just outside city of Missoula. Nice log home. Everything you need. Beautiful scenery. Very comfortable. We did have a few things that could have been communicated, dishwasher leaked, Didn't know how to turn on shower, ran out of TP. Large family for week. But nothing that we couldn't figure out and make do. We alerted owner about dishwasher but were willing to do by hand. The most comfortable beds.

The house was great, it was well stocked with supplies and had enough room for everyone. The yard was big and had a lovely fire pit. The house is close to the road and it seems that traffic has become much heavier in recent years, so do be prepared for that. The house was very cozy and we enjoyed ourselves.
