It is a comfortable, informal daylight basement area with a separate, outdoor entrance from our personal residence upstairs. A new parking area gives easy access to the six steps down onto the brick patio, with outdoor dining area. French doors from patio invite you into the full kitchen, including dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, and refrigerator. In the living room, a large couch (sofa sleeper). a large loveseat electric recliner, a single chair, and a smart TV. Boardgames are stored in the closet behind the single chair. A small library is located in an area next to the 3rd bedroom. Browse and read from our library while you are here. Washer/dryer available in the utility room. We have a $25/person/night charge after 2 guests.
