Great location, central to downtown access and UM campus. Parking was easy (which isn't always the case as you get closer to campus). Quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, well furnished and they even left a sweet welcome note and some local craft beers in the fridge for our arrival. The only piece that was somewhat confusing was the billing...the property manager will email you for the 2nd half of the payment directly and not VRBO. We will definitely be back!
