Historic 1935 home was fully updated in 2022! Full kitchen and updated bathroom. Two bedrooms with Queen beds in each and a separate office for your work from home needs. House is located in the center of town just 6 minutes from downtown and right next door to the Milwaukee Trail System. It has a very tiny backyard that is fully fenced. Franklin to the Fort is a neighborhood in the center of Missoula. It offers mountain views, wonderful coffee shops, and the Good Food Store! This charming home is located on the outskirts of this neighborhood. Although it is next to railroad tracks, they are no longer active (so do not fret). The Milwaukee Trail system extends from the University of Montana to far West of Missoula. This wonderful trail is right across the street - you can bike or walk anywhere you need! The location of the home allows for a super quick drive anywhere in town.
