Ikke døgnåpen resepsjon

Ifølge nettsiden er det døngåpen resesjon, men da vi endelig kom frem til hotellet kl 01.00 på natta var hotellet stengt. Vi forsøkte å ringe begge telefonnummerne som sto på døra opp til flere ganger men ikke boe svar. Dette resulterte i at vi måtte sitt ute å "sove" på en stol frem til kokken kom å slapp oss inn i resepsjonen kl 05.30, men der ble vi sittende frem til hun som jobbet i resepsjonen kom på jobb kl. 07.00. Lite imøtekommende folk som jobber i resepsjonen. Sengene var så harde at du kunne like så gjerne sovet på gulvet.

Mi e' stata assegnata una camera in un altro hotel, non quello prenotato. Chiamarla camera e' un complimento, forse il termine giusto e' una cella di prigione(in mansarda) , dove per entrare in bagno devi metterti in ginocchio.Chiesto alla reception di poter cambiare camera ma mi e' stato risposto di no.Pessima esperienza.

Ottimo albergo con un bel rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera comoda, in ordine e con servizi di aria condizionata e wi-fi perfettamente efficienti. Situato a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, dal confine con Riccione e dal centro di Misano permette quindi di spostarsi a piedi per raggiungere tali destinazioni. Un elogio in particolare va al personale, tutti sempre disponibili. Consigliato al 100%.
