From Villa Pascal C you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Pascal C is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Capri Leone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Pascal C from the parking area going up a short route that includes approximately eight stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Pascal C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Villa Pascal C is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex (you can find these holiday homes on this website). Villa Pascal A, B and C are part of a small complex located in the Sicilian countryside.
The apartments Villa Pascal are divided in two separate houses. Villa Pascal A, a cozy indipendent house, and Villa Pascal B and C, that are part of another villa. The complex can host up to 13 people.
The complex is sourrounded by a wonderful garden from where, after walking through a fragrant lemon plantage, you can reach a large shared swimming pool.
Please note: for the maintainance of the garden will be possible to find gardeners on site.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen living room going down three steps. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
