Dissapointing family stay at Parkcity Everly Miri
Family of 4 with a toddler and a baby.
Booking - Booked for an Executive room through another website.
Upon arrival/check-in @5pm - Given a Deluxe Room. Friendly receptionist. No staff helped us with carrying our luggage. Husband had to take the luggage trolley himself. Only one (1) elevator was functioning, we had a long wait to enter with our big trolley.
Room (610) - Aircond not function well, blocked sink & old mattress. Hot water (bathroom) is warm, not hot. Unable to use wifi. Kids were crying the whole time because room was hot. We complaint twice, technician came but aircond still not cold. We were given a fan!
Room (724) - At 11pm we were transferred to another room. Aircond was cooler than before but room still warm. Kids could sleep eventhough they still sweat. Hot water (bathroom) is warm, not hot. Unable to use wifi.
Breakfast was OK with plenty of choices and great view of swimming pool.
For both rooms, the facilities are old.
Not recommeded for stay until the aircond and the sink problem are fixed.
The hotel needs major renovation to maintain its 4 star rating.
