Location was great and all was enjoyed by all, except the ac issue that we encountered. The first night we slept in warmer than normal conditions and very humid. The next day, the temperature continued to climb. After the second contact with the number provided, someone finally came out to address the issue. By this time, the day was gone. After returning back from the evening out, it had cooled down tremendously as should be. Sadly, we checked out the next morning to journey home. ##### carl g. All furniture was old, stained, worn, and uncomfortable. Had roaches, or palmetto bugs as they are referred to. It honestly, that’s just a part of being in FL. At least they were dead! Minor things like towel racks and freezer handle broken. If the price would’ve reflected the less than 5 star accommodation that this was, I would have felt more comfortable giving a higher score. With a little TLC this place could be fine. But otherwise, too pricey for what it is in our opinion. We left a day early and decided to stay in a hotel to be able to sleep comfortably. I texted the property management company and they offered to send someone out, but to us it was too late to address the issues—not sure what they would have been able to do.
