This luxury town home is located within the neighborhood of Le Jardin, nestled right in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf on the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This three story luxury vacation rental offers a unique style with exquisite details such as crown molding, double French doors, large open living room, and a luxury kitchen with Dual Fuel Viking Stove and Convection Oven, Sub Zero Refrigerator and wine cooler. This home overlooks a beautiful courtyard with flowing fountains and plush landscape. This home is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath with 10ft ceilings and a beautiful patio to sit on and enjoy the scenery; not to mention each room having its own small private balcony. The King Master suite is located on the third floor. This unit is dog friendly with an additional $250.00 + tax nonrefundable pet fee if you choose to bring your pet. One dog is allowed with the maximum weight limit of 60 pounds. Please be sure to indicate at time of booking if you will be bringing a dog with you so that we can make the proper housekeeping preparations and ensure that your reservation is priced correctly. The only negative thing about the entire trip is the 2nd floor bedroom with the full bath had a bed that was horrible. It was noisy and uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced. Only problem was that the WiFi worked only one day and then didn’t work anymore. Check in was quick and painless and instructions to the property was spot on. Home is lovely and well appointed. Looked to be newly painted and appliances were very nice. Weather was spectacular and we couldn't have asked for better. Renters should be aware there are 44 stairs to reach the Master Suite. At 71 that was a challenge but not insurmountable. Location is close to everything in the Village and there was lots to do for our Grandson. Restaurants nearby were excellent as well. Will go back in a heartbeat! ##### Edwin W. The house is spacious, and for those on workcations the internet speed was fantastic. Check in was easy and the text system they have is great and very responsive. Super well stocked kitchen, nice glassware and keurig, and hairdryers in the bathrooms. Everything was super clean except the tile floors on the first floor were filthy and had not been cleaned, with spills and sticky spots that were clearly noticeable. They also did not provide cleaning supplies. No hand soap, Dawn or Windex in the kitchen or anything to clean the bathrooms (dishwasher liquid and washing machines liquid was provided.) I suppose that’s because people stay for shorter times and get housekeeping? Just a heads up for longer stays. Location cannot be beat as you are a few steps away from Hotel Effie and all the Wharf restaurants. Would definitely come back! ##### Katie L. We stayed at this exact same Townehouse in April of this year during Spring Break-- and loved the WHOLE experience SO MUCH that we decided to take our Fall time away there again. It was (again) SIMPLY fabulous. The accomodations in this unit as before, were gorgeous and surpased our visit in April only because it was less crowded--so we felt like Baytowne was ours for the whole week (comparably)! The Unit is just fantastic having everything one could want or even think of. The space is huge and beds very comfortable and TV's galore. Chefs kitchen for those who want to cook (why?) with so MANY spots to WALK TO?? But there just in case. Having access all over Sandestin in also great and the beach was a delight with fewer people. Even the weather was perfect. We all agreed at the end of our stay that we plan to make this OUR Fall Destination every year and at this same perfect unit where we feel at HOME! We had one of the best vacations ever and hated to leave but leaving us wanting more is always a great incentive to come back. Thanks to the Owners and Agents at Sandestin for a wonderful vacation! This town home was absolutely gorgeous, clean, fully equipped and more! The last two years we have endured a hurricane that curtailed our trip to FLA and another shortened due to illness, So this trip "just HAD to be perfect" as we needed and prayed for a lovely place, great location and a relaxing and fun time. WE GOT IT ALL and MUCH MUCH MORE. There are 3 BR's and all have Q Beds that were VERY comfortable so sleep was a pleasure! also 3.5 baths made it even better. TV's throughout and huge closets. The furnishings were simply beautiful--so attractive and yet homey. And then the balconies on all levels were so special. The front "porch" is also a covered closed in area on front looking at water fall. Our two little digs loved that front area!-- and were welcomed throughout BT. Appliances all first class as well as décor. The most beautiful VRBO we have ever rented. And then the location was superb--literally right on edge of Baytowne. So it was like a cuisine boulevard of variety, shops, fun things to do and the Bay right there to watch the sunset. We absolutely were thrilled and my wife wrote all about it in Guest Book. Being creatures of habit we are considering staying in this same unit and in Baytowne maybe annually--as it had it all. Thanks to the Owners for providing such a wonderfyl home away from home! The location is right there near the shops, restaurants, bars and activities of Baytowne Wharf. The property feels secure as you have access behind a gate with a code. It also has its own parking area in the “Public Parking” section of the garage. I will note we found this out on our own and wish check-in would’ve informed us of this. Only two concerns during the entire week’s stay of vacation: 1- The door to the unit was open when we arrived. Did a walk thru and nothing amiss but wasn’t happy about it. The door itself does need a solid pull to close completely. 2: There were no trash bags in the unit. Annoying to have to place trash in grocery bags but easily overcome. Overall the unit is great. Family room and kitchen on the main floor. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (plus laundry) on 2nd flood. Master bud and bath on 3rd floor. If you don’t like stairs this property isn’t for you as it could be considered a climb for those who’d struggle up stairs. Furniture and beds are nice but short…queens throughout. AC worked great. No golf cart was disappointing but again, not a huge con. Price was high compared to other units. Would stay in the same area again for lower price. ##### Wyn B. Park & walk to everything or take complimentary mini bus. Accepts dogs & my dog loved it. Dog area was a short walk. They had dog stations close. The outdoor patio was the best part! Inside was nice. Needs some updating, little too gaudy & lots of “wear & tear” that needs to be fixed. Lots of stairs was the downside. Needs an elevator! Lol The fountain outside was very relaxing until they drained it, didn’t get filled so we were disappointed. We only got to enjoy it 2 out of our 5 days. Beds & furniture very comfortable. Comfortable air conditioner except for top floor, it was warm even after we had a/c set below 70\. Ceiling fan was turning the incorrect way so no relief from that. There was no switch or string to reverse it(too high). Lastly, excellent rental agents that help you with any questions or concerns. No complaints. You text them & you get an answer ASAP. Unfortunately we will not be renting this unit again in the future. It’s good for a younger family to rent. One level condo is my jam. Thank you. ##### Theresa H.
