It was a terrible experience. I won't get into all of the details; however, due to a plumbing issue the only bathroom in the unit became unsanitary/unusable with fecal matter coming up from the shower drain and getting all over the bathroom floor. Ultimately, the unit was uninhabitable and we had pack up all of our belonging and were moved. The first unit they tried to relocate us to was never cleaned after the previous renters vacated. The unit we ended up in was a studio that was inferior to what I rented and paid for. We had to cancel reservations because of the issue and lost a large chunk of our anniversary vacation waiting for the property manager to try to remedy the issue. When I requested a refund they were unwilling to work with me and basically told me it wasn't a big deal and I should get over it. Horrible company and terrible experience.
