"Parking situation is terrible. It is valet service, it took them 40 minutes to get our car out and another 30 to acknowledge our presence when we got back to the hotel. Room was fine, but the sliding bathroom door wasn’t installed properly, so no privacy- you can literally see a toiled with the door “closed”. Ok for the couples being in a long relationship, but totally unacceptable if it’s a romantic stay or a new couple."

"The rooms were clean, the staff was very professional and accommodating, the breakfast was one of the best that I’ve had when staying at the Hilton 2 Suites. This is the first time that my husband and I have had an animal travel with us, and I must say this hotel was very welcoming and clean since it was also a pet friendly hotel. The staff really keeps the hotel smelling good and clean. That is one of my “pet” peeves and I was very satisfied."

" I stayed at the Hilton Hotels & Resorts for two nights, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. Every single time we tried to get into our room, our key cards would not work. We constantly had to go back to the front desk for assistance just to access our room. This became incredibly inconvenient and exhausting, especially since my wife is pregnant. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and annoying experience. I understand issues can happen once, but dealing with the same problem repeatedly throughout the stay is unacceptable. I really hope the hotel addresses this issue because no guest should have to struggle just to enter their room multiple times a day."

"The hotel smelled amazing. It was located in walking distance or a scooter ride to everything in the city. The entire staff from the front desk, the bar and room service staff were great. We had an excellent stay."

"The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the room service and breakfast were good. The gym and access to several restaurants within the hotel were also a plus. The only downside was the pool was closed, which was unfortunate given the pleasant weather. Overall would definitely book a stay here in the future. "

"The old mansion has no non-stairs access at the entrance so your luggage must be carried up 4-5 stairs. And then the reverse when leaving! Unless you go in and request help from the check-in desk, who may be weaker than you. They did deliver the bags to our room and there is an elevator to choose from versus the winding stairway. The room was spacious, clean, large bathroom with with double-headed shower and soaking tub. Except for the constant slamming of the kitchen exterior door below us(we were on the second floor directly above it) it was fairly peaceful. Please adjust the door closer on this door! We enjoyed the summer screened porch(shared with neighbors). The room was supplied with only 2 towel sets, in all my travels there are always at least three when two are staying. Coffee and tea provided on the 2nd floor in the sitting area was nice. The breakfast was very nice, very extensive and included. We must have been close to a fire station as there were 4 calls in the less than 24 hours we stayed and they blared past each time. All in All, a pretty nice stay."

"I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I checked in last minute because the hotel I booked allowed pets but does NOT have designated pet rooms so I had to find another room. It was super late and I was frustrated at the time and Sherri was the hotel employee that checked me in. She was the absolute best!!!! I cannot say enough great things about her. The staff was amazing, breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and great location! I recommend this hotel 100000%!"

"Could not believe how great the place was for the price. Had four teenagers along with me and they loved it. Will absolutely be back. Staff was awesome. Valet kids were great."
