If reception is rude and has too much ego and do not respect guests then all other good things ll turn to bad. I escaped just because of one reception staff. Soooo rude. Thanks a lot - i felt as if i am in prison.

A central location, facilities for work and creativity (musical instruments), a cafeteria, gym and cleanness of the room, a friendly stuff, quietness. Around 10 am (almost before checking out time) it was some repairment work in front of the room

After my check-in issue was resolved there was no problem :) Я не могла прибыть вечером моего регистрацией потому, что автобус прибыл поздно. Следующей день у меня были другие планы, но когда я сказала гостиницу это, они отменили мою резервацию без проблем. :)

Breakfast and breakfast staff was horrible. Felt like being in jail in terms of service and quality of food. As for main reception, most of the staff are very nice and want to help you have a pleasant stay.

Urban hostel is The Best hostel in Minsk!! It is 3 story buildings with personal showers, sauna and gym. There is also cafe and play room. Each bed has a privacy walls and storage space. Great place to stay in Minsk! Excellent location! The registration for tourists from other countries staying in Minsk more than 5 days is free!! I’ve stopped by few other places and they are far behind in quality service. Some of them also charge registration fee. Subway is not really close but in walking distance (5-7 mins).

Good hostel, potentially great
Great facilities, and helpful friendly staff. They only need to tweak a couple things to make it great. Closing down the common area at night is a problem because people don't really have a place to hang out (and they then hang out in the sleeping room). Some organized activities and/or city tours would be nice additions as well. Otherwise, everything was great.

立地が微妙ですが、バスを使いこなせれば問題なし。ただし、ミンスク中心部でも場所によってはバスの乗り換えが発生します。または最寄り駅まで歩くかですが、GoogleMapの経路検索をするとほぼバスでの経路になります。 施設としては清潔感満載であり、カードキーでの入室になります。 シャワールーム等も清潔であり（ヘアドライヤーあり）、言うことなしです。 １階にあるBarは利用してませんが、いつも人がいて賑やかでした。 チェックアウト時、みかんをくれました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも、受付目の前の部屋（施錠あり）で管理してくれます。

Отличное месторасположение, чистота.
Останавливался на одну ночь, в отдельном номере на третьем этаже, в номере чисто, отличная и очень чистая постель, и отличный матрас, также чистота в туалетах и душе, жильцов на этаже практически не заметно, в номере два полотенца и две бутылки питьевой воды. Замечательные и доброжелательные девушки на стойке регистрации, заселение и выселение очень быстрое. Из минусов это отсутствие звукоизоляции. Отличное месторасположение, до метро минут 5 пешком.
