The staff was friendly enough, however I was not pleased with the condition of my room. It didn’t smell fresh. It was not clean. The door jams were all dirty. I don’t know what it was on the door jams, but it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The refrigerator was noisy and kept waking me up during the night. The TV wasn’t working even though someone at the head desk had to call The I guess the cable provider it still wasn’t working. Parking was good. It was just right outside the room. A positive was that the hotel is within walking distance of the amphitheater, which made it convenient, but having said that, I would not stay at this location again.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was large, with a big sitting area and a kitchen area. Sparse decor. Handle fell off the bathroom door and the double lock was missing on room door. Room definitely needs to be updated. Bed was comfortable pillows were not. Quiet at night. Overall it was fine for a one night stay.

Good stay. Was a good time. Easy access to event and restaurants. All in all. If your looking for a place to sleep, while your at a event all day. Great affordable place.

Good, basic, clean room for 1 night stay. Had a fridge, microwave, stovetop & kitchen sink- that we did not use. Great price. Location was great for a Mystic Lake Casino event. 4 miles from casino & $200 cheaper per night.
