NE Arts/BrewHouse; Amazing location, hot-tub, pool table, local art
- Lots of light and open floor plan, fully remodeled 1913 single family home. Located in the heart of the Arts District in NE Minneapolis, there are 6 brewpubs within 6 blocks of this house. We are just blocks from a some of the best food in Minneapolis. Plenty of original and local art throughout. Full size premium hot tub and plenty of outdoor entertaining space. Plus it has a full size pool table and electronic dartboard in the basement We are 2 blocks from a couple of the best restaurants in NE and less than a mile from some of the best Ethnic restaurants on Central Avenue.
Plenty of room for entertaining; Dining room table for 6. Plenty of seating in the main living room as well and a 50" 4K Television.
The kitchen is set up for cooking with Stainless steel cookwear, quality knives and numerous small appliances.
Convenient to the busline and Uber to the light rail.
