Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. • This condominium building is located in a vibrant downtown area, and guests may experience typical urban noise such as construction, traffic, and activity from neighboring units. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. • Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a minimum $250 fee per key/fob/pass. • Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome compared to other listings. There were bits of information received via text, email, and through the portal they have guests use. Separating it like this might be for security reasons, but it was too much info coming from various places. We were instructed to go into the portal to locate the wifi passcode, but we couldn't find it. Having all of the information included in one notification and including photos would be best.
