I liked have two separate thermometer controls since my 94-yr old father keeps his room at sauna temperatures. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed being able to sit away from the crowds. The clerk who checked us out was particularly helpful. The one who checked us in was harder to communicate with. I thought we had asked for an accessible shower when I made the reservation, however we were checked into a room with a bathtub/shower combo. My father made it work, but we should have been given the room we asked for.
