The gentleman that checked us in was so nice and very attentive. Even though he was very busy, he brought us towels to the pool as soon as he could. He explained everything very well and helped me with the Bill. Everything was great thank you

Room was large. There is a bit of wear such as room door is hard to open and close. Bed was very saggy/sloped on one side. Pool was warmer than typical and hot tub was good. Breakfast was good.

Everything was comfortable. Room was nice however the ceiling above the bathroom door is drooping as if there was or had been a leak prior. View was nice, amenities not needed.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and beds were comfy. The complimentary breakfast was really good and staff was amazing. We were able to check-in early no problem, which was perfect because we had a concert in the evening. Overall a great stay!

The staff was friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable. I feel as though there are a lot of updates needed to meet the basic standards— the shower is very low and close to the ceiling and there looks like mold growing in an already cut out section of the sheet rock. Not as clean as I’d wish it to be but safe to stay a couple nights

Room was clean and was perfect for a one-night stay after flying all day. Breakfast was free and delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. The interior could do with a remodel: carpets looked like they were from the 90s and were a bit musty smelling. And, there were dings and scratches on the hallway walls. Bathroom could use an update and there was some dirt/mold on the shower tile grout. Towels had obviously been used for years - but they were clean. WiFi was so much slower than the 5G access. Parking fee was only $10.00 - much better than the $30 we spent when we stayed at the Cambria. And, yes, this hotel was much better than the Cambria! Overall, the price was right for what we got so I recommend it for short stays. Added bonus - right next to Trader Joe’s!
