Villa Katiuscia with private pool, garden, near the beach, wifi free.

"Many thanks to Katuscia & family for such a welcoming and friendly environment. Ciro was a super contact point - warm, responsive, efficient, a real gent!The property is between 2 family-owned properties (one of which houses chickens, horse, dog), but we had ample privacy. It is safe and secure, with 2 sets of gates. Easy to get to Balestrate/beaches in 5 minutes by car, and surrounding regions too. Don’t bring an SUV or 4x4, as the roads are too narrow. The house is in good condition. It has all you need, helpfully stocked with olive oil, spices etc, appliances are easy to use. Lots of hand soap/towels, and there was a lovely welcome basket of essentials when we arrived. Plenty of bedsheets, and the lounge had a comfortable sofa and TV, and air-con worked perfectly. There is a decent supermarket 5 mins drive away, and a great range of restaurants. The pool is magnificent, and a great temperature every day. The garden has excellent spots to enjoy the sunshine, with many options for outdoor cooking and dining. Some things for future visitors. 1: the property is really 2.5 bedrooms - the single bedroom is very small, with no air-con but instead a fan. 2: light sleepers might find the cockerel next door disturbing (noisy from 4.45am),solved by closing shutters, turning air con up and using earplugs. 3: as you are staying on a family compound, you will also hear the very lively & loud parties next door on a weekend. None of this was a problem for us, and we had a lovely trip!"

"One of the best stays we've had. We were here at the end of June and everything about it worked. The staff were incredible, really attentive - especially the owners son, you can see the pride he takes in this place, the wine and food they produce and the business they run. They made a real effort with our daughter, who felt genuinely welcomed and at ease the whole time - she loved the courtyard under the trees and the pool. The food was fantastic, and the pool was excellent and warmer than the ones at the big resort we stayed at prior. I honestly can't recommend it highly enough."

"Villa Palme was a delightful refuge from a heat wave in July. The swimming pool saved our group of 9 just in time. The villa was beautiful and clean, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and decorated with obvious care.The kitchens were well equipped. The outdoor kitchen was a favorite spot (although a ceiling fan would be a welcome addition). Roberta was gracious and responsive to our questions as were the rest of the family. We would not hesitate to stay again."

"An amazing family stay with incredible value!"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. I especially want to highlight the hospitality of the staff. The hotel features an outdoor pool with a breathtaking sea view. It is a very quiet spot, perfect for a family holiday. I also highly recommend trying the restaurant—the food was magnificent! Honestly, I was surprised by how affordable it was compared to everything it offers. Kudos to the staff and management of this hotel. I highly recommend it!"

"Herzlicher Gastgeber, schöner kleiner Pool, sehr ruhig, 3 km zum Meer und nach Balestrate, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Matratze ist sehr hart, der Hund des Besitzers (Labrador) sehr nett. Im Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage, aber der Deckenventilator kühlt sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer heizt sich tagsüber nicht sehr auf. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär."
