  • Situated at the foot of a boulder covered ridge in Palo Pinto County, The Hideout at Rocky Ridge Studio offers a quiet, scenic getaway, just one hour west of Fort Worth. Write, paint, read, relax and explore the juniper and boulder covered hillside. Hike the trail down to the scenic Brazos de Dios or explore the hilly ranch roads. This 480 square-foot cabin is artfully decorated, simple, and peaceful. You will find nothing fancy but everything you need for recharging and restoring a busy soul. Seven miles from the historic town of Mineral Wells, the Crazy Water and Baker Hotels and close to the new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park.
