Coastal Cove is a modern, light-filled home on the quiet, private (warm-water) side of Lake Anna in the sought-after community of The Waters, built from the ground up for large families and groups who want room to spread out and plenty to do.



MAIN LEVEL - OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING WITH A LAKE VIEW

• A vaulted great room with reclaimed wood beams, a wall of windows to the lake, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV anchors the open floor plan.

• The chef's kitchen features a massive quartz island with seating for four, stainless appliances, a wine and drink fridge, a statement wood hood, and brushed-gold fixtures.

• A formal dining table seats twelve, with a screened porch off the kitchen for breezy lakeview meals.

• Two dedicated work nooks make remote work easy, plus a stylish powder room.

• Expansive lawn with a football goal and hammock, screened porch, deck with rocking chairs, and a gas grill.

• We have one paddleboard, one two-person canoe, two adult single-person kayaks, and two kids single-person kayaks available for guest use.

• A private sandy beach area at the water's edge with lounge chairs for 10, the spot for morning coffee and sunset. It sits right at the waterline rather than sloping into the lake, so it's a place to sit and dig in the sand rather than wade in.

• Stone steps lead from the beach down into the cove, the launch point for our kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard.

• The Waters community docks and marina are in the same cove, steps from the backyard. Bring your boat or jet skis and use the community boat ramp.

• For swimming, head to The Waters community swim beach: a roped sandy swim area with a shaded gazebo and a playground, a few minutes away by car or an easy paddle from the backyard. Per community rules, swimming isn't permitted along our stretch of shoreline, so the beach is where everyone goes in.



THE WATERS COMMUNITY

• Marina, community docks, and boat ramp: in the same cove, steps from the backyard.

• Pool (seasonal), clubhouse, and tennis and pickleball courts: a short walk or 30 second drive. (Community Pool is open Memorial Day through Labour Day.)

• Sandy swim beach and playground: a few minutes by car, or paddle over by kayak.

The Area:

The Waters sub-division offers unparalleled living with a clubhouse, a pool (seasonal), tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis. This premier waterfront residential area community is located in the perfect spot near the centre of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue freshwater surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.



Getting Around:

Our home is located in the The Waters sub-division. Our home is less than a five minute walk to the pool (seasonal) and tennis courts! We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 6 vehicles. Level 2 EV Charger (Electric Car Charger) located in the garage.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
